Scumbag Labour - Calum Higgins

The Red Tories clearly have a real Labourite on their hands in Calum Higgins. For those who have never heard of him he is the Red Tories candidate for Carmarthen East and Dinefwr, he is also a Tycroes County Councillor. I'll just mention his name one more time in the hope that google puts it a little higher up the search lists. Calum Higgins.
