Welsh Rugby Regions V2.0

It took about ten years but they finally managed to screw up the regional teams in Wales. So I have taken it upon myself to save Welsh rugby by establishing five brand new regions instead of the four that we did have.

So the five four regions are as follows, in honour of the inevitable fall out from the nuclear power plant onYnys Môn we will establish a team based in the north east called the Môn Meltdowns.

Representing the north east of the nation are the Rhyl Ram Raiders who have merged with Mold Ffold after the latter managed a whole ten minutes before liquidating their assets.

The south west are represented by the West Wales Cowbois who will take the legacy of sospan forward. The WWC have a contractual obligation to remind everyone they beat The All Blacks at least once a week.

Over in the south east we have the Cardiff Bay Bullshitters who will be able to pool the resources of all the Bay's politicos as well as the rugby playing talent of everyone in their catchment zone.

We look forward to a bright new future of Welsh regional rugby and hope these new teams stick around for long enough for us to think up even better names for their eventual replacements.

Whilst we wouldn't want to tell fans what to sing, we would advise that they continue to use one word, two syllable repetitive chants similar to the ones they have grown so fond of during the last decade. CAR-DIFF fans will be relieved that they do not have to learn a new song as they can continue with their tried and tested battle cry.
