A Union rag on your driving licence?

The recent announcement that the UK Government has decided to put a Union rag on UK driving licences has clearly not been thought through. According to the Daily Post it will “provide road users with a symbolic sign of their national identity”. Regular readers will realise this is in fact nonsense as British is not the national identity of the majority of people in Britain.

How do I know this, well, they told us so via the most recent census'. In 2011 in the census of Englandandwales and the 2011 census of Scotland.

UK propaganda debunked - Share via twitter | facebook
It's quite simple, as I pointed out here the most recent census data shows that the majority of people in Wales, England and Scotland do not consider themselves British.

A petition has also been created against this very obvious propaganda by Gwenith Owen. You can sign it here.

It's also worth noting that this doesn't apply to the six counties, strange that, surely if they are going to try and force a foreign nationality on millions of us across Britain they should also try and do the same in Ireland too?

So as a word of advice to any politicians out there, when giving sound bites to the unionist media it would be better to just quote the official census stats at them.
